Please note that this reflection is formatted like a survey, consisting of multiple choice and short answer questions - it should take approximately 10-15 mintues for your child to complete it. Discipleship Reflection #2 helps us check in on how your child is doing with their preparation and spiritual growth, particularly in the areas of participation in sacramental life of the Church, prayer, their relationship with God, and the Holy Spirit.

The most recent requirement that was due for your child was the Saint & Sponsor Form (March 1 due date). If you haven't completed that yet, please do so as soon as possible! We'll be sending out individual reminders to parents of candidates who are still missing that requirement soon. Instructions for picking a Saint and Sponsor, and submitting the form, are found on the dashboard under Forms & Resources.
