We are writing to inform you about an important update about this weekend's Confirmation Retreat on November 8 & 9:
Please be aware that as of today, 11/4/25, we've made the decision that participants will not be able to stay overnight in the cabins at Our Lady of the Fields this weekend as originally planned. This means that all retreat attendees will need to be dropped off and picked up at Our Lady of the Fields at the beginning and end of both days of the retreat (Saturday and Sunday). Please plan accordingly, and refer to the Retreat Information Packet (linked below), which has been updated to reflect this change, for specific drop-off and pick-up times for Saturday and Sunday.
We apologize for any inconvenience related to this change. This decision was reached due to being unable to secure enough overnight supervision to allow youth to stay overnight in the cabins this weekend. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we seek to ensure a safe experience for all of our retreatants.
Please note that the remainder of the retreat plans remain the same. We are excited to lead your children through the retreat activities on Saturday and Sunday, and we look forward to seeing how the Lord moves powerfully during this time that we devote to Him!

We could use your help with ensuring adequate adult supervision on the retreat. If you're available to volunteer for a 3-hour shift on Saturday or Sunday to serve as an additional chaperone, it would be a great help to us! You can sign up for that here:
