Dear Confirmation Families,
Thank you for registering your child for Confirmation preparation at St. Patrick! I am grateful for the opportunity to walk with you and your child throughout this process. Thank you also for your patience as we’ve worked to process new registrations in the midst of this busy Fall season of ministry. Below you will find information about where to find all resources for your child’s preparation and what steps to take right now to keep them on track.
2026 Preparation Dashboard:
The most important resource you’ll want to bookmark and utilize throughout your child’s preparation for Confirmation is the dashboard for your child's preparation group. This dashboard has any reminders, announcements, and links to all forms and resources you’ll need to help your child complete their preparation requirements:

Discipleship Reflection #1 - Deadline Extended to Nov. 1
Discipleship Reflection #1 is an online survey consisting of multiple choice and short answer questions. It’s meant to give us a snapshot of each candidate’s beliefs, faith life, etc. at the start of their preparation. It shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes for them to complete and instructions are included in a 3-minute introductory video at the top of the form. Here is the link:
Discipleship Reflection #1.I’ve extended the deadline for this to November 1st to make up for the delay in communication on our end. Still, if you should find that your child needs additional time to complete it, please let me know. just let me know!
Participation in Discipleship Commitment:
Your child should continue participating in their selected Discipleship Commitment (Young Church, School Discipleship, or Sponsor Study) throughout their preparation. This serves as their source of on-going spiritual formation and accompaniment from peers and adult mentors.
